By accessing Vertical Index you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Vertical Index is a discovery and metadata database for vertical drama / microdrama titles. We aggregate publicly available information and link to third-party platforms. We do not host, stream, or distribute the works themselves.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape or bulk-download the service, (b) reverse engineer or interfere with the platform, (c) submit unlawful content, (d) infringe intellectual property, or (e) misuse the service to harass others.
5. Intellectual property
All title artwork, names, and synopses remain the property of their respective owners. Our compilation, design, and code are protected by copyright and other laws.
6. Third-party links
The service links to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those services.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertical Index shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
