Your rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. This page complements our Privacy Policy.

1. Right of access (Art. 15)

You can request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it.

2. Right to rectification (Art. 16)

You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

3. Right to erasure / "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17)

You can request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent, or you object to processing.

4. Right to restriction (Art. 18)

You can ask us to limit how we process your data while a dispute is being resolved.

5. Right to data portability (Art. 20)

You can receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.

6. Right to object (Art. 21)

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling, and to direct marketing at any time.

7. Rights related to automated decision-making (Art. 22)

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Right to withdraw consent

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. A list of EU authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu. UK residents can contact the ICO.

How to exercise your rights

Submit a request via our contact page or, if you have an account, from your account settings. We will respond within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, and will verify your identity before acting.

International transfers

When we transfer personal data outside the EEA/UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate supplementary measures.
