Filing a takedown notice

To file a notice, send the following to our contact page:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. The URL on Vertical Index where the material appears.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  5. A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
