1. Our commitment
Vertical Index is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
2. Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) requirements applicable from 28 June 2025, as well as EN 301 549, Section 508 (US), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
3. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate.
- Sufficient color contrast and visible focus indicators.
- Keyboard navigability across all interactive elements.
- Responsive layouts that scale to 200% zoom and respect user font sizes.
- Reduced-motion support that honors
prefers-reduced-motion. - Alt text for meaningful images; decorative images marked accordingly.
4. Known limitations
Some third-party content (poster artwork, embedded trailers) may not be fully accessible because it is supplied by external platforms. We work with partners to improve this where possible.
5. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us via our contact page. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve confirmed issues within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Enforcement
EU/EEA users who are unsatisfied with our response may contact the relevant national accessibility enforcement body. US users may contact the U.S. Department of Justice under the ADA.
